Hello Guys, Is there a way to improve the graphics as a server? If so, what is it?

I want to ask more..

Is it posibble to block files in my server if i dont need ? I want do disable-delete fog from myserver

or disable trees movement i see how trees moving and lagging my server ( trees in maps ) ... Is it possible
