Single player starts instead of MTA?

Hello everyone, I'm getting a problem with my MTA. Each time I open MTA, GTA SA singleplayer starts instead of MTA. I am sure I am not opening the wrong stuff because I've been playing MTA for over 3 years. I've tried re-intalling my game and MTA. Won't work though. Any help?

Please download and run MTADiag, follow the instructions, paste its generated log file at PasteBin, then link to that paste here.

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver
  
• Storage driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

Are you running MTA:SA 1.1.1? If so, upgrade to 1.3.

The thing is i really like to play in the UVA server but it only supports 1.1. I am not having any problems with 1.3. Also i have Nvidia GT520M with nvidia optimus .

Please install this graphics driver then provide another MTADiag log. If MTA does not work still, please try this graphics driver.
