Finding a scripter for a major project

First of all sorry for my English which can be misunderstood, but I susi French.

So here today I did a search call, I want a script. Why I want a script? For I know the LUA but I'm really really unprofessional.

My project is a very serious project. I have already started so for now the basic scripts are already installed (Such as: Superman, paintspray, spawn, ...), but here I seek to develop a script, just edit the scripts, so they either specifically for the server.

I'm not asking to create, if the apartment is really small script to do, but the main thing I ask is to change, so Funing-RPG. My server is put on goal SAES: RPG, but it is not the same, but it is still an RPG and players appreciate the server and recommend it to friends.

What I think asking the script mainly:

Change my current spawn system for example, if one is not in the admin group, you can not spawn in admin, or if it is not in the gang: Test, you can not spawn on spawn special this gang.

And as for example, ban orders at players, and only put these in admin (As / superman)
