WHY DON'T MY MTA LOAD UP OR COME UP AFTER I CLICK ON IT. I WAIT 2-3 MINS BUT NOTHING

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver

You are missing gta3.img in your GTA:SA. Reinstall both GTA:SA and MTA.

If you don't have installation media for GTA:SA, how did you acquire your current installation?

GTA & MTA won't work without a GTA3.IMG being present. Go buy GTA:SA from Steam or something, it's only around $5.
