SQL help?

Alright, I have setup a server, added all the files in the meta, and added the SQL, But not sure about this line?

local server = get( "What goes here?" ) or "" -- server 

What goes in between them quotation marks, and then in the console it has errors like, Saying it can't start admin2 cause of the SQL error, when I enter my server, It just stays a black screen, and it's basically broken,
