Can you post a screenshot ? I don't really understand what do you want.

I looked for the floor, but if it's the one you want, you should know that it's integrated in the disco's interior, so you can't use it.

It's a custom rendered map object. Not available in the MTA objects list, unless it's been replaced by a rendered object.
