Mabako's base64, sha and whirlpool binaries

I was a bit bored, so I compiled mta-sha, mta-whirlpool and mta-base64 on both Linux and Windows. Fell free to use them:

Base64

Linux: DOWNLOAD

Windows: DOWNLOAD

SHA hashing

NOTE: it's already in mta-paradise's package

It seems that what I've done is useless, as there's only need for Whirlpool for windows. Other modules have their binaries on github pages: https://github.com/mabako
