I can't open admin panel

I created my own server and I tried to open admin panel(press p) and it doesnt work. please help me

You need to edit ACL.xml

Are you admin on your Server? if not do following :

1. Register in your server ( /register Name Password )

2.Go to the MTA Directory > Server > Mods > Death Match > open ACL.xml

3. write under

   <group name="Admin"> 

this

4. Restart Your Server and Join it , login and press " P "

Also make sure admin is running to create an account. In the server.exe, type in "start admin".
