hey all.. i still have the same problem about my infernus mod, i cant remove it

i installed gta3.img & didnt worked, soo now i installed GTA SA again, but still have the same error

Uninstall GTA:SA, then delete the contents of C:\Users\\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas and reinstall GTA:SA again.
