double download?

Hello,

When people want to connect to my server they download the files in two parts..

first part are the maps and the rest is a one time download of the resources

how can i fix it that maps also download one time?

Is there a way to solve this?

But is normaly.

First time the client load the .map and second time download the .lua or .mp3 or .txd for custom TDX object.

That's not a problem or a bug, the client sided scripts and client files are downloaded and saved.

The maps are downloaded, but not saved, so the client will download it over and over again.

You can't compile a map file, so with what you want, everyone will download the maps and use them personally.

In one map i have an mp3 file, does that count as map file or is the mp3 just a one time download? It is linked in the metafile of the map

Its a nightclub with music and i changed the mp3 file from it

So then i would have to add a script to add the music in the nightclub, as a normal resource and not map so its not bounded in the maps meta i guess?

I tried a script like that once but it didnt worked out very well lol
