For example : only the group "ABC" run the ressource "XYZ" ..

You can't. If the resource runs on the server, it runs for every player, otherwise it doesn't run for anyone.

Maybe he meant to make its resource work on determined users.

You can do it via ACL, Teams, or predefined users tables.
