I think you don't understand something, jobs are like any other script, you decide how to make them, or do you think there's a magic program that creates the jobs?

Making jobs requires some patience, probably a good XML understanding, some MySQL/SQL/Account Data using, and much more things. It depends on the jobs you want to create. Bus/taxi and assassin are the simpliest. But there are more complex jobs.

If you don't know how to make jobs, you should give up with it and make something easier.
