Error Trying To Connect to a Server

Well here is the problem:

Everytime I try to connect to a server it always appears a message saying: "Conecting to XX.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXXXX" and then "Connection Timed out!" and then all servers on the list become blurry and with no ping and 0 players. I try to close and open again MTA and the Servers apear not blurry anymore but "X" number of players and no ping and playerlist says "..loading.." and same problem of "connection timedout".

How can I solve this problem? Is it my internet or MTA? I've had this problem almos a week and it's starting to annoy me.

Works better! But still I managed to connect just to 1 server of like 5 I tried to connect...

A friend of mine tells me its probably my internet connection, but I don't know how true this is.

Go to Settings -> Advanced -> change "Single connection" to "On" and see if that helps.
