[HELP] a new mod

hi, as i sayed in the headline i wanna create a new mode like [OJ] instead in my mod there will be 2 or more hunters hunting down other players with infernus in the city... my problem is i want to make if 2 hunters are still alive and all infernus are dead (or otherwise) the server automaticly say Hunter/Infernus Wins and go on to the nextmap...i dont know about scripting very well and searched the community and other forums to find a teamup script...can anybody help?

If you can't find something, you better either start learning LUA or pay someone to do it for you.
