DiSaMe Posted November 26, 2011 Posted November 26, 2011 Yes, they can. Peds can be controlled using control states, that makes them able to do everything what players can do. Well, except entering/exiting the cars (they must be warped), but that can be remade using animations and element attachments. Too bad hardly any servers make use of peds.
