Server help, colours and stuff

Hi all, I need some help. and since my friend is an ass and wont join the forum i'm doing the asking.

My friend is running a server and we both have no idea what we are doing. we have everything going freeraom wise we can connect play and kill each other. now we need some help.

We have a vanilla install. no mods or anything a fresh install. we need to install a few components but we have no idea how to install them

First we need an admin account for the server master he needs some command over the joint.

Secondly we need namecolorwindow to work for everyone, we have issues with spawining items sometimes and need to recoonect to rectify the issue and everyone ends up with the same colour icon. so this is important that everyone can use it.
