When I try to enter MTA 1.1 my Game just says

Re-Installed MTA & SA several times, deleted resources, nothing changed. What's the problem?

Try running MTA:SA as an administrator (right click -> Run as administrator).

I had Windows 7 and I ran the program as administrator,after some time I had this Error on Windows 7 too, now I have XP.

Could you provide a dxdiag report? Press the Windows key + R, type dxdiag, press Enter, click Save all information... and post the contents of the saved log here within Code tags.

• Chipset driver
  
• Ethernet driver
  
• Wireless driver
  
• Touchpad driver
  
• Card reader drivers
  
• Optical drive firmware
  
• Latest patch of MTA:SA
  
• Latest DirectX runtimes

Provide another dxdiag log after installing.

I downloaded Moded version of SA and MTA works now.
