Hide radar and HUD?

In non modded san andreas, I can disable the HUD and radar thought the basic display options in the ESC menu. I can't find these setting in the settings menu on MTA. I want to record the screen with no overlays at all. Is there a better way to do this? are the settings hidden somewhere else?

Type, in chatbox, "/showhud 1" for show the hud, "/showhud 0" for hide.

For the chatbox, you can type "/showchat" and type "showchat" in Console (F8).
