Problems downloading MAPS.

Hi. When I try to connect to a server that needs to download 250KB+ maps, it stops downloading and my internet disconnects. The windows XP SP3 firewall is activated, but MTA is in the exceptions. What shall i do?

Same problem here... But i got that problem only when map is bigger then 900kb... It started about 2 weeks ago... But last night was ok... But now it is back again... So if you have any idea what to do please tell us...

If you press F8 after it's failed, does it come up with a message, something like cannot find song.mp3 to download? Might just be the server you're trying to connect too, if not try deleting all of c:/program files/multi theft auto/mods/deathmatch/resources, this will make you re-download everything but might fix it.

i have the same problem but with maps bigger than 1 MB, and ( THE FOLLOWING IS REALLY WEIRD ) It only happens at DAY!!! at night the problem goes out BUT the map downloads go too much slower ( like 100kb in 10 sec. ). yesterday i stayed playing MTA until 3 AM and since 1 AM the download speed came normal again and every map downloaded perfectly, today i didn't try.

Install the latest patch of MTA:SA

Now it says "Network module not compatible!"
