so ive been mapping for a year now using MTA and i had absolutely no problem until now i dont know what the hell is worng with my mta it has laggs that last for 5 seconds like very 2 second it has a 5 second lag burst i tried reinstlling my gta sa and MTA i tried updating but it still has that problem someone please help me i have a deadline to make i need help

PS: if your gonna tell me to format my PC don't :|

Yeah, there's nothing you can do at this point. Investing any money into such old hardware would be a waste. While perhaps you were able to play MTA:SA decently before, your system is very dated and it may just not be able to handle it anymore, possibly due to 1.1's graphical enhancements. You can try using 1.0.5 to map, I guess.
