Benevolence
For fly... there's a resource called superman. Look for it, let me know if you don't find it because I have it. For water... what do you mean exactly? You want to raise the water levels? I have a flood script too by the way, let me know if you want it. For the rest, I'm not sure. JR10
I suggest you stick to the wiki, so you can know what you are doing. /fly? Use the superman script: https://community.multitheftauto.com/index.php?p= ... ils&id=220 /water? cars drive on water? here: setWorldSpecialPropertyEnabled ( "hovercars" , true ) There is RGB colors argument in outputChatBox And the dxscoreboard: https://community.multitheftauto.com/index.php?p= ... ils&id=419 Link to comment

That will do what you are looking for. and the colours, when typing, type "#ff0000RED, #00FF00GREEN, #0000ffBLUE, #00ffffCYAN, #ffff00YELLOW" etc..Yeah, i know, i hate the console window, sometimes. Bobba~
Well, when i type #FF0000 (RED) For example, i just get white color. I wanna get those colors to chat. EDIT: For all the resources like flying vehicles, i got the .zip file, do i have to unpack them into my map's folder? Link to comment
CapY
AFAIK chat supports colors automatically or try to RUN "playercolors" resource on Admin panel. Link to comment
Bobba~
Where do i get that? Well, playercolors was all the time running, didn't change anything, everything kept being white. Link to comment

CapY
You need to have a router. You need to have ports open. You can see it in your console or ingame in Local tab , just scroll to the right. Yay ! 500th post Link to comment

JR10
You need to check the Server_Manual Just 1 lil' thing, i ment how to let cars fly and what's with them lines in JR10's reply? I' should make a .lua file of that or what? In a client side .lua file, and of course add it to the meta.xml, Resources, Meta.xml About chat colors, I remember something about freeroam resource blocking color codes, not sure though, I can't find that topic through search, try stopping freeroam resource.
