Where to add maps in MTA 1.1?

Check in the server.log if there is any error related to the map(s).

umm might be a silly question but you are typing 'upgrade' in console after you add it so it includes the new map? (I think its 'upgrade' for maps..)

you mean "refresh", upgrade is for scripts

Remove the spaces and the dots from the .zips or folders

And here the freeroam maps:
