MTA Loads Forever

Alright this has been happening for a long time now and I'm finally fed up with it. Sometimes when I run MTA it stays loading at the [ stop player with yourself] Loading... Screen FOREVER. The only way I've found to start the game is by restarting my computer. I have windows vista. What can be done to fix this?

You're running some godawful pirated version of Vista. In light of this I'll still attempt to help you, but if this doesn't help you're on your own. I'd suggest a reinstall of some proper version of Windows, preferably 7 (you've certainly got enough RAM to do so).

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver
  
• Chipset driver (uncheck Display Driver during the setup process since you will be installing a newer version already, and do not install the nVidia nForce Network Access Manager when prompted)
  
• Latest patch of MTA:SA
  
• Latest DirectX runtimes

I am getting a new PC soon, this one is pretty messed up randomly one day my comp also stopped reading CD/DVDs I don't know why might be a problem with the hardware.

Yeah I've re-installed GTA:SA and MTA but it still happens. I can't re-install Windows because my CD/DVD reader isn't working at the moment and I don't know why.

Yeah but I got an error that said "Your system doesn't meet the minimum requirements for this update" or something along those lines.

Click the Start orb -> type "Device Manager" -> hit Enter -> expand "DVD/CD-ROM drives" -> double click the Optiarc AD-7201S5 device -> go to the Details tab -> change the dropdown of "Property" to "Hardware Ids" -> paste the first value here.
