I cant play on any server(internet connection issue)

Well im on a router and my ping is 14ms my download speed is 2.27 mbps upload speed is 2.00 mpbs. Now i have been able to play on servers but their was a process i would have to go through i couldnt play mta unless i shut down my laptop and turned it back on and i would have to immediately click on the mta shortcut for me to be able to get in to the server the server i play on is CIT2 btw. So now i need to know why when i play gta samp i could play with no problem at all but gta mta refuses my connection only reason i dont play gta samp cause it is boring can someone help me with this problem because i have posted this problem before and no one helped. Oh and im on windows 7 and have a linksys router.thx

Nobody helped you because you didn't provide enough information, you haven't specifically said how you can't get on MTA servers.
