How to make mta RACE server?

I already made mta deathmatch server but when i download mta race server mod and install it.i try to start it i get message like this:Server successfully started on port 22003

but i cant find a server not even on lan list.

pls guys help me.

Do not use MTA race, race is very old, before MTA SA (which is deathmatch, race, everything else) was done. Just host an MTA SA 1.0.5 server and "start race" command.

do you maybe know how can i add commands like !buy nos,!buy fix,!buy flip,...?
