Question about accounts.xml

I'm starting in mta now and i've got some questions...

Well, i got a little question about saving accounts in mta.

When i use "AddAccount", the account of player is saved where?

if is saved in account.xml, where is account.xml?

MTA no longer uses accounts.xml, it uses sqlite with a file called "internal.db"

if i want to see a player account or edit it, is it possible?
