diegofkda Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 Well, I hadn't this problem in my old computer, it had Windows XP SP3 32 Bits, my new one has Windows 7 64 bits. My problem is, when someone tries to connect, he can't connect, timed out message appears to him, my ports are opened btw. Btw the same thing happens in 1.0.5 and 1.1.
0 MTA Team jhxp Posted August 7, 2011 MTA Team Posted August 7, 2011 Try: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/ports/ If it shows any errors, your ports aren't opened correctly.
0 diegofkda Posted August 8, 2011 Author Posted August 8, 2011 They're, anyway, I disabled completely my firewall. Also, my correct IP isn't the IP that whatismyip.com and the page you gave are.
0 MTA Team jhxp Posted August 8, 2011 MTA Team Posted August 8, 2011 You need to set the right IP in your server config then, and test it on the page I gave you.
0 diegofkda Posted August 8, 2011 Author Posted August 8, 2011 Well, I guess ports are "automatically" opened when I disable my firewall... well, not opened, but the firewall allows any connection. I tested the link you gave and it said three errors. Also, I have to say that the last night the server appeared on server browser (I'm trying to use 1.1) after some hours since I started my server, today I opened my server again, I left it some hours alone and it didn't appear... isn't that weird?
