basemode problem with vote maps

in basemode gamemode script

some players vote arena 9999999999

or arena -10

they vote a wrong arena and the want play with vote map like /vote arena 99999999999999999999

or vote arena 00000000000000000

how i fix this problem and how i stop this problem pleez need a help
