Black screen

Hey. I don't really have much time so I'll make it quick. When I store a custom gamemode into my server\mods\deathmatch\resources directory and load it using console I log into my server and I almost always get a black screen. How do I fix that?

P.S. I'm a begginer so don't be mad at me for dumb questions. lol

By default, the gamemode did not start, in you're console type "start (gamemode)",

or, if you are able to log in, you can start it in you're admin panel>resources>start the gamemode you wish
