I've got a problem getting on the bigger gym, I've added steps, crates, like pretty much everything.Can you'll show me how, hope you can help, like what should I put and take screen shots of it and post it with the ID of the item. Thanks, appreciate it.

U take a SS with F12.

That will work, and if you want all the items, just open the .map file in any text editor, and all the objects will be there (if thats what you mean)
