Map cant be tested

I made a server for me and my friend. We started to make one island chain map. We tested many times and it worked. But at one point the tests couldnt be made. The map shows, but when we test there is nothing, we can't even create vehicles. But when I try to test the map via "Map Editor" everything works fine.

What is the problem and what could be done?

When you start up you're server with you're friend. Go into you're console and type "start (mapname)", or go into you're admin panel>then to resources>then check include maps at the bottom>then start you're map.
