Freezing

Hey all,

so when I'm playing on the AG DD/DM server and somebody else joins the server my game freezes for about 1-2seconds and then unfreezes. This only happens on AG server and it only happens when people join, my game doesn't freeze when they leave. I've seen other people freeze too so it can't be a problem with my game it has to be the server's fault. Can a bug in the script cause this? Cause that would be my first guess.

Any ideas? It get's really frustrating to play when the server hit's 20+ players cause everyone is joining and leaving and it can freeze me for as long as 5 seconds. I've spoken with the server owner and he said he doesn't experience these freezes that I do so I'm back to thinking there must be something wrong with my game but how can that be? I've reinstalled MTA/GTA SA for about 100 times now and I just recently formated my PC but I STILL freeze...

It seems like its a server issue, the owner is not experience the freezes because its his server.

Or maybe you're computer cant handle 20+ players online.

I used to be super laggy when 50+ players were on, but when I upgraded my computer, it was fixed.

I do not think you should reformat you're PC because that wont fix it.

I’d suggest it is possibly a server issue - perhaps the destination of the server is the problem? What is your ping usually like? It might be something to do with your graphic settings. I use to have problems in the past and notice it had something to do with my frame rate.
