haveing problems with R.C.G

ok u know how you have 2 use scroll to select the rcg mode ok so i have a lenovo laptop pc vista and it has no mouse i have 2 use the keybord so i can use the scroll key when iam not in the mta app but when iam makeing a map and i try 2 use scroll 2 get in the rcg mode but i cant cuz the scroll buttens dont work so cant u map the bottens 2 be some where els or edit the rcg tool so i dont have 2 use the scroll option 2 select the rcg mode( please and thank you )

iam relly haveing a hard time tryning 2 make this tool work for me i tryd makeing the mta a windowed app and that didnt work i tryd maping the bottens my self and i screwd up some core files for the mta and rcg
