Who can help with translation?

Hello everyone. My RP mode was created in the last december and it currently under open source license. But mode was only on russian language, and now i want to make it multilanguage. All translations would be in separated files. But i know only russian and a little english language (you can see it in this message). So i need helpers, who can help me translate this files into different languages, that supports in mta. Every helper would be in copyright file. Also i need help in translate google code page of my project (and wiki at google code too!) - http://code.google.com/p/swrp/

And, there is "one more thing" (hello, mr Steve Jobs ). Scripters, can you say to me: it is good idea, to load translation from xml file in every resource, put strings into massive, and use it like "msg[14]", "msg[1]"...?
