0 Towncivilian
Go to Settings -> Advanced -> change "Single connection" to "On" and see if that helps. Could you provide a dxdiag report? Press the Windows key + R, type dxdiag, press Enter, click Save all information... and post the contents of the saved log here within Code tags. Link to comment

0 Blueman
I have all of that my drivers are all up to date. Edit:My hard drive is going bad. Edit:The graphics accelerator is to up to date for my PC and the chip set driver will cause my PC to crash. Edit: O.e I'm using nvidia drivers on an intel graphics card, Thanks you made me realize something Edited June 25, 2011 by Guest Link to comment
0 Towncivilian
If the chipset driver causes crashes, you have bigger problems. What makes you think your hard drive is dying? Link to comment
0 Blueman
It was jumping around in the case. As for the chipset driver the version is to late for my PC to handle. I went on the dell website and downloaded the latest version my PC can handle. Sorry I have to restart i'll be back in 10 mins upgrading the bios. Link to comment
0 Towncivilian
The drivers on the Dell site are ancient. Use this chipset driver. Did you update the Ethernet driver? Download Speedfan, it can check the health of your hard drive. Link to comment

0 Blueman
Yes, but I can't even run mta now it ran decently before and now it just crashes after the logo screen. I've had some problems with higher res's in mta so I might try lower my resolution. Edit:I lowered my res a bit and it worked perfectly. Edited June 25, 2011 by Guest Link to comment

0 Blueman
Delete the gta_sa.set file located in the GTA San Andreas User Files in your My Documents directory. I tried that, my graphics card was trying to force the game to use a res that's to high for it to handle. Link to comment
