external server manager

hello i have a question... I wanna access all server functions ( https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Ser ... _Functions ) from SDK but through SDK I can call only LUA functions... so is there a LUA library with all server functions prepared for external use/calling?? thx

if the file to call LUA Funcs is a dll u can try it: MTA San Andreas\server\mods\deathmatch\lua5.1.dll

and if doen't work there is the "module SDK" in MTA San Andreas\development idk what does it do, but take a look @ this
