Problem with Hosting a Server [Edited]

Okay so I've tried to host a server with MTAServer.exe, my Ports are : 22004, 22005, 22127 and all of them are forwarded and open, i've checked them with nightly mta sa port checker, and PFChecker. The problem is that people can't connect to my server and they get this error message : Connection timed out. I can't connect myself. We are trying to connect to this ip 78.61.4.53 and even I can't connect to this ip, BUT I can connect using localhost IP. By the way I use Windows 7 64bit with FW off and Kaspersky off.

The port open checker confirms that they are open, but connection timed out occurs?

You will need to try adding a firewall exception for the MTA server.exe process and make sure nothing else on your computer is blocking it.

Also, don't try and connect to your own server with your WAN IP you have to use either your LAN IP or localhost.

Ill try to make an exception on firewall, i only tried to connect with my WAN IP to test, not to play.

Did you use the IP address that you used in run>cmd>ipconfig?

If you didn't, then you use that ip in you're server config, and then use whatmyip.org and connect with that ip.

I hope that made sense :P
