i am new but was wanting to know how to create your own server for muilti theft auto for san andreas. and while making it could you put extra guns peds and vehicles. And change the city around in a couple places. Cause i noticed playing it that some servers are totally diffrent then from the city.

About the city, yes you can make your own maps and your own city.

For adding vehicles, peds, etc., those require using scripts, just to note.
