Problem getting started in Map Editor

I got MTA SA LAN connection... is my first time using it... when i start the map editor, appears a box that says "Starting local server..." and I wait and wait and the editor doesn´t start, the box remains.... how can i fix this problem or do i have to wait until it starts? help me please!

Press F8 and tell us what does it say.

Easy, Open MTA SA, click Map Editor, it should say "Starting local server" something like that, and voila you're in.

Now, if you want to go thru the tuitorials(which i think is compulsory) and you would be fine after that.
