How to load maps

Hey there, how do I load my own maps when I start my localhost ? I know I need to load the resource but then I don't know how to play the map from spawnpoint.. thanks

First start the gamemode for map was made for. Then start map. For example if I want to play my race map. I start race(/start race) then I start my map(/start race-example).
