MTA Error at startup

I'll start the server but I get the following error

Querying game-monitor.com master server ... failed! (Not available)

Querying master backup server ... failed! (Not available)

please help me

Maybe game monitor is down or has problems.

game-monitor clearly isn't down if you check on game-monitor.

If both the game-monitor and backup server failed then its most likely on your end.

Perhaps the port they use is blocked? To work that out you need your server port (eg 22003) and then +123 so port 22126 (UDP) needs to be open in the case of using 22003.

Thats not a problem if the server cant connect to game-monitor.

Check your antivirus, maybe it blocks the connection of MTA with Game-monitor.
