Need help scripting

Okay hello i have and RP server one problem.

The login and register when i told the scripter to script and login and reg system to cpanel I didn't know i would not have the cpanel up yet so i need an reg login and reg system. But I cant get one that if i change with current one the whole system gets messed up.

Please help me.
