0 Towncivilian
As far as I know there is no way to revert back to 1.0.4 r2484, unless you build the client yourself from source maybe. To possibly solve your 1.0.5 issue, try installing the latest DirectX runtimes and provide a dxdiag report. Press the Windows key + R, type dxdiag, press Enter, click Save all information... and post the contents of the saved log here within Code tags. Link to comment

0 Towncivilian
All of your drivers are current except for the Ethernet driver, which you can download here. Do a Repair install when prompted. Also Install the latest patch of MTA:SA if you haven't yet. See whether the following setting makes any difference: Settings -> Advanced tab -> Asynchronous Loading Link to comment

0 thgm
I set it to OFF, for now i don't see any problems with missing/relolading textures, except that crashing while sometimes i using melee weapon(flowers, nighstick etc.) Link to comment
0 MTA Team ccw Posted April 7, 2011 MTA Team Share Posted April 7, 2011 For the crashing, see if changing this setting to 'Alternate' helps: Settings -> Advanced tab -> Code path Link to comment

Any mods can make lag yes, I've heard it so many times. People add a few model changes and their FPS drops dramatically. My FPS don't drop, but the textures relolading slowly than before, so i think than probably the skins making that problem(about 10 hq weapons skins and 3 hq character skins). Link to comment
