1. Test all three tabs (Internet, LAN and Recent Servers). Are they all blank?

2. Does this link work in your browser? http://1mgg.com/affil/mta

3. Does quick connect work? Pick a server from this list for an IP to test.

4. Try installing the latest patch of MTA:SA.

5. Finally try: Settings->Advanced->Browser speed->Slow

If none of the above work, you almost certainly have a firewall issue.
