I need help with <httpdownloadurl>

Ok, I did everything, copied all the thingies from my resources to my webpage, http://files.sa-mp.netne.net, linked to it, but when i change resources folders name, it doesn't loads the server, outputting errors.

How can I probably correctly use it?

Your httpdownloadurl setting should look like this:

http://files.sa-mp.netne.net

The files on your web server must be an EXACT copy of the files in:

mods/deathmatch/resource-cache/http-client-files/

If you are using FTP to transfer the files, use BINARY transfer mode (not ascii/text, not auto)

and server will download the resources FROM the webserver, or it will load them from the resources folder, and only client will download from the web?

The MTA server will read from the resources folder. You have to make sure the web site has the same (client) files.
