Check in your GTA San Andreas installation directory for a D3D9.dll. If one is present, delete it.
Install the latest graphics driver
Install the latest patch of MTA:SA
Install the latest DirectX runtimes
Install the latest chipset driver
Install the latest Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if given the option)

Okay i solved a problem. I just reinstalled a SA. It works fine now.
