Zaya-Z Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Hello! There are so many servers in MTA. And since 1.0.x MTA has many absolutely different gamemodes. Some people like only DD/DM/Race, Some prefer RPG, Some playing only BaseMode and similiar. So, Is it possible to make in the Browser the function where u can choose most common gamemodes, and the Browser will show only chosen gamemode?
diegofkda Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Yes, there are RPG, Race, Play and more gamemodes. But, the thing is, 90% of those gamemodes are modified. But, you can set categories... double click in "Gamemode" list, and you will see gamemodes in alphabetical order.
Zaya-Z Posted February 27, 2011 Author Posted February 27, 2011 I know about alphabet. I mean that current list of servers is really huge. And setting gamemode will make it to be not so big and it also will be more convinient for looking. P.S. Good example is Browser in Counter Strike Source.
12p Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 (edited) He meants, if you use some kind of options, you can "delete" from the list, servers that works with a specified gamemode (if I unselect the gamemodes "race", "assault", and "briefcaserace", then they shouldn't appear in the list). Sounds interesting Edited March 19, 2011 by Guest
Zaya-Z Posted March 13, 2011 Author Posted March 13, 2011 Yes! For example if in the browser there are more then 10 servers with same gamemode name, it will be automatically added in such ''check list''. And official gamemodes will in the list by default (race, play, tdm, etc). Also will be cool to add search by map name like in CSS.

12p Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 CS:S is not the only one that makes possible to find servers by map name. This is off-topic but true
