Help with MTA PARADISE ?

I TRY TO RUN THE WHOLE THING IT FAILS EPICALLY I READ ( sorry caps ) the installation n it says somethign about MySql im completely lost

Uhm, if you got the mysql database already then configure it all on settings.xml

the resources fail to start i cant find why and shuts the server down
