add map on serverffs.com PLEASE HELP !!!!

hello there i did Jsut buy a MTA SA server On serverffs.com

and i works Fine if i just Join it and all that but i has trying 5 hours To put my map from Map_editor i made For few days ago. and I really want That Island I made where do i put THe things and and how ?

there are only 2 files In my Map :

Alexander map.map

and

meta.xml

PLEASE HELP !!!! and i got another One 2

where Do I place all my script / like house_creator ? and Zombies and cars ?

i did just replace The map in to play folder

but i need help I have a limo with some :

carmods.dat

and

carcols.dat

how to put That Into The carpack.lua and meta ?
