Hello MTA team. Several months ago, when installing the new Windows 7 x86 (32bit) in the MTA 1.0.4 having problems with lags "wave effect".
"Wave effect" - definition of lag when the game is to increase or decrease the FPS in the game, like the wave of the sea.
A similar phenomenon occurs in forests and rural San Andreas, and in some locations, including some areas of cities. I thought that this problem occurs only with me, but I have just received report from some of the players who complained about the presence of this problem associated with the effect of waves.
The problem occurs on new computers with new processors, 2, 3, 4 cores Intel/AMD (Windows 7). In XP, no such problem.
How to solve the problem of the effect of the wave?
